The after effect of the training has been amazing…right through to just allowing things to just be and letting them happen as they are meant too. A huge change for me. My pregnancy has been amazing thank you, I had some nausea from wks 4-10 but no morning sickness now, until yesterday I wouldn’t have really known the little monkey was in there really. I feel very blessed and it all happened the week of my Yin teacher training. I was obviously in each the right place at the right time and for that I will always feel very grateful.
