It’s January 21, 2021……

I recently wrote this blog for triyoga and although it also mentions my upcoming Yin TT there (it has almost sold out now in any case), the message isn’t really about that.  It’s about how to draw from our skills that are there somewhere after all these years of practice. How we access them now in a time of fear is a very different matter. We have had so much alone time and silence that it is almost deafening at times. I have found new coping strategies and as much as I can, I keep reminding myself there is no magic formula, and that no one has got this within their control or grasp even.

My message is simple…. keep finding ways that bring a flicker of a smile, a glimmer of hope and an ounce of strength.  From there we build…… and grow and evolve.

Celebrate your small tasks because they all add up!

Sending love today wherever you are!
