Sarah Lo has dedicated herself to the specialist study and practices of Yin Yoga and movement based practices and its related fields of Anatomy, Mindfulness, Meditation, Chinese Medicine, Psychotherapeutic tools and Asana and is a leading International Yin Yoga Teacher Trainer accredited through Yoga Alliance.  She is a Certified Integral Development Coach (New Ventures West) and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and has been personally endorsed by Sarah Powers to teach Insight Yoga from Insight Yoga Institute. Sarah is a mentor for the Insight Yoga Institute. She continues to be inspired by her studies with Donna Farhi in science based research, anatomy and kinaesthetic acuity.
