Sarah Lo is the founder of Yin Yoga Teacher Training UK which offers a full 120-hours Yoga Alliance registered Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training program. She has dedicated herself to the specialist study and practices of Yin Yoga and movement based practices and its related fields of Anatomy, Mindfulness, Meditation, Chinese Medicine, Myofascial release, Somatics, Psychotherapeutic tools and is a leading international Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Trainer accredited through Yoga Alliance.  She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  Sarah mentors graduates from her teaching training programmes. She continues to be inspired by her ongoing practices in meditation, Mindfulness and somatic based movement through yoga and dance and her research and study in Chinese medicine, anatomy and the world of fascia.
