Sarah Lo is the founder of Yin Yoga Teacher Training UK offering specialist courses leading to Yoga Alliance Certification in Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Teacher Trainings.
Sarah is a globally recognised and highly respected Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Trainer accredited through Yoga Alliance, ICF and the Insight Yoga Institute. She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF); E-RYT 500; YACEP & is Certified and Endorsed by Insight Yoga Institute (500hrs) where only a few people in the world hold this honour. She holds a Diploma in Somatics and numerous Yoga, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Myofascial Release Certifications from decades of study and practice.
This is a program for both yoga teachers and other professionals with a strong interest in Yoga and Mindfulness. The curriculum offers specialist study and practices of Yin Yoga and movement based practices based on Anatomy Science, Mindfulness, Meditation, Chinese Medicine, Myofascial Release, Somatics, Psychotherapeutic tools.

The trainings are currently held in an interactive setting live online as well as lectures, classes and course material provided through dedicated specially filmed videos for each level. This is an accredited Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation training program and has been a highly respected and recognised course worldwide for over a decade. Thousands of teachers have taken the training and written exceptional feedback.
