Sarah Lo is the founder of Yin Yoga Teacher Training UK which offers 50 Hour Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation courses over 4 modules leading to a 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification in Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training. This is an advanced program for both yoga teachers and other professionals with a consistent yoga practice. She has dedicated herself to the specialist study and practices of Yin Yoga and movement based practices and related fields of Anatomy Science, Mindfulness, Meditation, Chinese Medicine, Myofascial Release, Somatics, Psychotherapeutic tools and is a global Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Trainer accredited through Yoga Alliance.  She is also a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF); E-RYT 500; YACEP & is Certified and Endorsed by Insight Yoga Institute (500hrs) where only a few people in the world hold this honour.  Sarah mentors graduates from her teaching training programmes and continues to personally support them in their ongoing development as teachers. She continues to be inspired by her ongoing conversations with students, colleagues and in her own ongoing practices in Meditation, Mindfulness and somatic based movement through yoga, fitness and dance, her continued research and study in Chinese Medicine, Anatomy and the science of Fascia.
