Your clarity of teaching, sharing of knowledge and wisdom are done in such an exquisitely feminine way and are inspirational. I have just completed 5 incredibly enlightening days of Yin Yoga Teacher Training with the most beautiful and gracious teacher Sarah Lo. I’ve met some wonderful, like-minded yogis and feel, for the first time in as long as I can remember, that I have a purpose, a place in this world, and that with hard work, dedication and a strong support network, everything will work out exactly the way it should. I just have to have faith in the Universe.
