YIN YOGA & THE FASCIAL MATRIX WORKSHOP – TRIYOGA CAMDEN

Join Sarah Lo for a day of exploration through the somatic experience of yin yoga and mindfulness for this day long workshop. We will practice yin yoga, somatic enquiry and mindfulness meditation in both the morning and afternoon sessions as well as discussing the relevance of fascia to yin yoga. Since there is still no evidence based findings on the practice of yin yoga and its effects on fascia, this will be a day for anyone interested in developing ideas and curiosity within a yin practice.
