Level 3 Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training
November 20-21 & 27-28, 2021
1pm – 6:00pm daily GMT

This is a 4day Intensive and is open to both yoga teachers and other professionals in related fields who have undertaken foundation yin yoga teacher training with Sarah Lo or another approved yin yoga teacher trainer. It will build upon previous training and go deeper into the concepts of yin and your personal development as a teacher.

Students who have completed all three levels of Sarah Lo’s Yin Yoga Teacher Trainings will receive a full 100 HOUR YIN YOGA TEACHER TRAINING CERTIFICATE upon completion of an assignment. The assignment will be sent to you upon your final booking in September and due no later than the end of December 2021. The assignments will be assessed and read by Sarah and you will receive your certificate upon completion of the course.

Those attending the course as a stand alone training will receive a certificate of attendance for this course of 30 hours upon successful completion of the assignment.

You will receive a pack of different sized myofascial release balls, newly used craniosacral release balls from Be Calm from Sarah’s previous Level 3 training (marked SYY) and a Level 3 digital manual included in the cost of the training. There are a number of brand new craniosacral balls available upon request for a small additional payment.  Please send your full name and address to sarah@sarahlo.co.uk once you complete the full payment for this course in September.
