Enjoy a deep day of rest whilst learning skills to help you begin or renew Mindfulness Meditation practices during the stillness of Yin Postures. Designed to rejuvenate our ‘Jing” vital energy essence when our kidneys become depleted after the cold winter months.

You will learn and practice Yin press to rebalance chi flow in the kidneys and bladder. Yin Yoga is known for its ability to cook the limbic system which is where we store positive memories. We are able to feel more positive about the future when our kidneys are in balance and this then allows us to meet difficulty better.
